The C-800E-4 High-Speed CNC Engraving and Milling Machine is a fixed-gantry high-precision engraving and milling machine. As a highly efficient and high-precision CNC machine tool, it features the following characteristics:
➢ Machine Body Material and Structure — High Rigidity and Excellent Stability:
The machine base and beam are made of granite, offering strong corrosion resistance, superior thermal stability, and excellent precision retention. The main body structure has been optimized through computer-aided finite element analysis, with reasonably designed cross-sectional dimensions. Compared to similar machines, it provides better rigidity and precision stability. The four-Z-axis (four-spindle) design significantly enhances machining efficiency, increasing unit-time productivity by 3–4 times compared to single-spindle machines.
➢ Imported Key Components — High Precision and High Reliability:
The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with high-precision linear guides, offering strong load-bearing capacity and high positioning accuracy. Ground ball screws ensure high transmission accuracy, minimizing mechanical errors over extended periods. A high-precision electric spindle is provided as standard, with spindle power and rotational speed configurable based on customer requirements.
