➢ Machine Body Material and Structure — High Rigidity and Excellent Stability:
The machine bed and beam are constructed from granite, offering strong corrosion resistance, superior thermal stability, and excellent long-term precision retention. The main body structure has been optimized through computer finite element analysis, with a rationally designed ribbed layout. This provides better machine rigidity and accuracy stability compared to similar machines. The three-Z-axis (three-spindle) design significantly enhances machining efficiency, increasing unit-time productivity by approximately 3 times compared to single-spindle machines.

The X, Y, and Z axes utilize high-precision grade linear guides, providing strong load-bearing capacity and high positioning accuracy. Ground ball screws ensure high transmission accuracy and minimal mechanical error over extended periods. The machine comes standard with a high-precision electric spindle. Both spindle power and rotational speed can be configured according to customer requirements.
