1. Technical Description of Equipment

The T-6065-2 Linear Rail Double-Head Vertical Machining Center adopts an independently controlled dual-Z-axis dual-spindle design with a single X- and Y-axis cross-slide structure. After a single workpiece setup, it can automatically and continuously complete various machining processes such as milling, drilling, boring, reaming, counterboring, and tapping. This machine is suitable for small-to-medium batch production of diverse complex parts, including small-to-medium-sized boxes, plates, discs, valves, housings, molds, and more.

Equipped with high-precision linear rails and ball screws, and featuring a dual-Z-axis design, this machine delivers superior dynamic response, enabling high-speed cutting with no low-speed crawling. It is widely applied in industries requiring precision components, such as 5G products, hardware, automotive parts, and medical equipment.

The machine adopts a fixed-column structure with a cross-slide design. Its body incorporates an extra-large, stable base and high-rigidity inverted V-shaped columns, ensuring no vibration or deformation during high-speed cutting.

All major structural components are manufactured using high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron materials, providing the machine with excellent rigidity and stable precision.
