Technical Description of Equipment

The G-V1013 Gantry Machining Center is a compact-sized gantry machine. After a single setup, the workpiece can undergo automatic and continuous processing for multiple operations such as milling, drilling, boring, reaming, counterboring, and tapping. This machine is suitable for small-to-medium batch production of various complex components, including medium-to-large boxes, plates, discs, valves, and housings.

• Integrated Gantry Structure: The machine features an integrated gantry design where the columns and beam are constructed as a unified unit, enhancing overall rigidity. Key structural components are manufactured using high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron, providing the machine with high rigidity and stable precision. Major castings have been optimized through finite element analysis, with a rationally arranged rib structure to fully meet the demands of high-torque cutting.

• Standard BT40 Direct-Drive Mechanical Spindle: Equipped with a standard BT40 direct-drive mechanical spindle capable of a maximum speed of 12,000 r/min and a maximum torque of 95.5 Nm. The spindle is integrated with a coaxial ring encoder that synchronously feeds back instantaneous speed and rotation angle, enabling rigid tapping and excellent high-speed performance.
