With the aim of fostering deep connections between all staff, helping newcomers integrate swiftly, and building a cohesive and high-performing team, the company hosted an immersive two-day team-building retreat at Dongguan Yinxian Villa. Centered around the theme "Together, Toward the Future", the carefully curated experience was designed to turn colleagues into a seamlessly coordinated team. 1. Classic Field Team Building:From Strangers to Cohesion, Forging Our Foundational Team Spirit
At the start of the event, a lively and fun "Icebreaker Warm-up + Team Challenge"quickly ignited the atmosphere. Through random grouping and team formation, participants broke down barriers and drew closer together through engaging interactive activities.
During the "Challenge NO.1" session, each team engaged in brainstorming and strategic competition centered around the theme of "Goals and the Market." This activity not only tested their reflexes and execution capabilities but also sparked deep reflection within the teams on goal management and efficient collaboration.
Meanwhile, the "Speed Limit"** project heightened the tension—team members raced against the clock, cooperating seamlessly. Amidst the dual challenges of speed and wisdom, they profoundly grasped the essence of teamwork: "One person’s speed is no match for the unity of all."
2.Land Curling: Unite, Break Through, and Advance Together
A unique "Land Curling" competition officially kicked off. After a detailed explanation of the rules by a professional coach, everyone suited up and stepped onto the track. From basic training to actual matches, participants quickly got into the swing of things.
Curling is a sport that emphasizes strategic planning and precise execution—every shot gripped the entire team's attention. During the matches, each group remained calm and strategically adept, engaging in tactical battles and pulling off thrilling reversals at critical moments. Cheers from the sidelines rose and fell continuously, but beyond wins and losses, what was gained was deeper trust and understanding among teammates.
3. Team Frisbee:As long as the disc stays in the air,our fighting spirit never falters.
When traditional team-building meets trendy sports, Team Frisbee brings a whole new level of energetic experience. Guided by the coach, everyone learned the spirit of Frisbee and basic techniques before diving into fun challenges like “Frisbee Net Toss” and “Frisbee Tic-Tac-Toe,” where laughter and excitement filled the air.
The most thrilling part was undoubtedly the Frisbee team competition. Running, passing, catching, scoring! On the green field, sweat and passion intertwined, and every successful play testified to the team’s tacit understanding and seamless coordination. Several colleagues, both new and seasoned, took the stage
to express their reflections and emotions.

4. Encountering the World:Hand in hand we explore,united in heart and strength.
As the culminating highlight of this team-building event, "Encountering the World" — a new scientific team-building experience — ingeniously integrates digital systems with offline tasks, creating a smart adventure that blends the virtual with the physical.
With the support of a dedicated app, each team had to complete a series of online-to-offline integrated mission challenges within the Yinxian Villa scenic area: puzzle-solving and treasure hunting, check-in breakthroughs, collaborative problem-solving... Maps came to life at their fingertips, and clues linked together through communication. Everyone moved through the landscape, not only appreciating the beauty of nature but also honing their adaptability and innovative thinking through collaboration.
The two-day, one-night journey was brief yet fulfilling—
tiredness mingled with satisfaction, challenges brimming with rewards.
